Widerrufsrecht

The right to revoke the order is excluded pursuant to § 356 para. 5 BGB (German Civil Code), as ckeller.tennis shall only commence with the execution of the contract after the customer has

has expressly consented to ckeller.tennis commencing performance of the contract prior to the expiration of the revocation period, and
has confirmed his knowledge that by his consent he loses his right of revocation upon commencement of the execution of the contract.

Das Recht zum Widerruf des Auftrages ist gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB ausgeschlossen, da ckeller.tennis mit der Ausführung des Vertrages erst beginnt, nachdem der Kunde

ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass ckeller.tennis mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist beginnt, und
seine Kenntnis davon bestätigt hat, dass er durch seine Zustimmung mit Beginn der Ausführung des Vertrages sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.
